Private Wedding Lighting Design | Custom RGB Installations

Overview

This private wedding project was designed as a fully immersive outdoor lighting experience, combining architectural elements, decorative lighting, and programmable RGB effects. The goal was to create a dramatic yet elegant atmosphere that could evolve throughout the evening in perfect sync with the music and event dynamics.

From concept to execution, all lighting structures were custom-built and installed on site, resulting in a unique visual identity tailored exclusively for this event.

Project Requirements

• Create a one-of-a-kind lighting installation for a private wedding

Custom Lighting Structures

The centrepiece of this project was a series of custom-fabricated steel poles, designed and manufactured from scratch. Each pole featured multiple circular rings wrapped with RGB LED strips, carefully enclosed in silicone tubing to achieve smooth, continuous light output with no visible hotpots.

These structures added vertical depth to the space while creating a striking visual rhythm across the venue. The RGB LED strips were fully programmable, allowing dynamic colour changes and lighting effects throughout the event.

Control & Power System

To achieve precise and responsive lighting control, all RGB LED strips were connected to LED decoders and dedicated power supplies, enabling full synchronisation with the event’s lighting mixer.

Bar Lighting Installation

For the bar area, we focused on creating a warm and inviting ambience that complemented the dynamic RGB elements without overpowering them.

We installed a 3000K, 240 LED/m, 24V LED strip integrated neatly into an aluminium profile for a clean, architectural finish. This provided soft, uniform illumination, high visual comfort for guests, and a refined contrast to the colourful RGB installations.
