L1 RF to 0/1–10V LED Dimmer | 1-Channel Analog Dimming Receiver
L1 RF to 0/1–10V LED Dimmer | 1-Channel Analog Dimming Receiver
Overview
The L1 RF to 0/1–10V LED Dimmer is a single-channel analog dimming receiver designed to control LED drivers or single-colour LED strips using RF remote signals. It provides both 0–10V/1–10V analog output and PWM constant-voltage output, enabling a wide range of LED dimming applications. With support for 12–48V DC input, Push-Dim local control, 4096-level smooth dimming and high-frequency PWM output, the L1 is ideal for modern residential, commercial and architectural lighting projects.
Key Features
- RF to 0/1–10V analog dimming converter
- 1-channel 0–10V/1–10V analog output + 1-channel PWM LED output
- Compatible with a wide range of RF remotes (single-zone or multi-zone)
- Supports Push-Dim control using a standard momentary switch
- 12–48V DC wide input voltage range
- High output current: up to 15A at 12/24V, 10A at 36/48V
- 4096-level (12-bit) dimming resolution for ultra-smooth 0–100% control
- Select between linear or logarithmic dimming curves
- PWM frequency selectable: 500Hz, 2kHz, 8kHz, or 16kHz
- Short-circuit, over-load and over-temperature protection
- Memory function restores last brightness level after power shutdown
- Compact size suitable for junction boxes, aluminium profiles or control cabinets
Technical Notes
- The L1 outputs both: (1) 0–10V/1–10V analog dimming and (2) PWM constant-voltage LED output.
- Works with 0–10V LED drivers, 1–10V drivers, and CV LED strips via PWM.
- 0–10V output and LED PWM output operate simultaneously and follow the same dimming level.
- 4096 dimming steps ensure smooth lighting transitions suitable for high-end architectural lighting.
- PWM frequency can be increased for flicker-free video recording or studio lighting.
- Push-Dim interface operates independently of RF remote control for local override.
- Memory function preserves last brightness level even after power restoration.
- Multiple receivers can be paired to the same RF remote for synchronized multi-zone control.
Wiring & Installation Notes
- Connect a stable DC power supply (12–48V DC) to the input terminals, observing polarity.
- For LED strip output, connect the load to the PWM LED output terminals (LED+ / LED–).
- For controlling drivers, connect the 0–10V or 1–10V dimming input wires of the LED driver to the analog output.
- Push-Dim input uses a momentary (non-locking) switch between PUSH and GND.
- Use DIP switches to set PWM frequency and dimming curve (linear or logarithmic).
- Ensure total LED load does not exceed 15A @ 12/24V or 10A @ 36/48V.
- Install in a dry indoor location (IP20 rating).
- Maintain ventilation space and avoid tightly enclosed installations.
- Follow all national and local electrical codes during installation.
Applications
- 0–10V or 1–10V dimmable LED driver control
- Single-colour constant-voltage LED strip dimming
- RF wireless dimming for residential lighting
- Commercial office or retail lighting requiring wireless wall or handheld remotes
- Architectural and hospitality lighting with analog dimming
- Upgrading traditional 0–10V lighting systems to wireless control
